We’re constantly being told what we should look like, which sucks because we all look how we look. We’re always bombarded with these unrealistic images of people and are somehow supposed to attain that look. It’s frustrating, and it can really bring you down. Colbie Caillat just released her new music video for “Try,” and holy moly, is it inspiring. Y’all know I love makeup, but I wear it for me. This song is about not doing things for other people and finding yourself first. Everyone in the video starts off made up and slowly removes makeup and hair extensions as it goes on. By the end, they’re just themselves, Colbie included. It’s awesome.
